9 hole course on the right side of the Cavado River.

residents, holidaymakers and visitors.
Within the resort there is a challenging 9 hole
championship golf course, clubhouse / restaurant, tennis
centre, swimming pool, 5 a side football ground,
baby-sitting, river marina, 24 hour security, etc.
The long sandy beaches of Ofir and Esposende are
approximately 5 kilometres away (4 minute drive). Here
you will find a wide choice of restaurants, shops,
cafés, etc. The World Heritage Site of Oporto is a 25
minute drive away. The lively fishing and ship-building
port of Viana do Castelo, famous for its winding streets
and ancient monuments, is about 18 kilometres north.

machine. Living / dining room with comfortable seating,

fireplace. Dining table seating up to 6 people. Doors
opening onto an outdoor private terrace with table and
chairs.
Upper floor
Two double bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom.
Each of these bedrooms have a private outdoor large
terrace with nice views.

Private terrace and garden. Parking area.
Guests staying in the resort have access to the golf
course, swimming pool, tennis courts, etc - supplement
is payable directly at the resort (costs available on
request).
