This is a charming and very special conversion of two
old adjacent watermills situated alongside a tributary
of the Rio Ave. One of the features is the water course

of the main attractions of the town is the lively Friday
market and atmospheric medieval quarter, while the
golden beaches of Guia and Forno (about 8 kilometres
from this property) are popular with families during the
summer months.
Within a 15 minute drive you will find Estela golf
course - built over three kilometres of beautiful dunes,
this delightful 18 hole golf course provides
breathtaking views over the Atlantic ocean. Porto town
centre is a 30 minute drive away.

Well maintained extensive garden with lawns,
palm trees and a badminton net for recreation. Excellent
barbecue area with table and chairs ideal for alfresco
dining. Pool side shower and toilet. Large swimming pool:
11 metres long and 6 metres wide. The depth is from 1.20
to 1.80 metres.
Due to the terraced areas of the property and waterside
location, very young children would need supervision.
