This former mill is set in a rural area near the fishing
village of Apulia and the Atlantic beaches. Surrounded
by pine woods, this beautiful stone house was completely
renovated in 2003 and a swimming pool was built. The
interior is comfortable and is tastefully decorated with
traditional portuguese furniture.
Outside is a paved terrace with a covered barbecue area
ideal for outdoor dining. In addition there is a
separate lawned garden area with beautiful views over a
lake - a wired fence runs the full length of the garden.
The sea side town of Esposende, with the remains of an
18th-century fortress, is about 10 kilometres away. The
charming market town of Barcelos is a short drive away.
There are various restaurants on the coastal road about
4 kilometres from the house.
A two storey house.
