It is located in a small village a short drive from the attractive roman town of Paredes de Coura.
Set in an elevated position overlooking a green valley, it will provide the perfect base for a great family
holiday and to explore the delightful unspoilt Minho region.
The open plan living / dining area features comfortable seating and doors leading onto a large covered patio
ideal for alfresco dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances. Outside, there is a large
paved terrace suitable for sunbathing as well as approximately 2 acres of land for guests to explore. In addition
to the private swimming pool, guests have the use of a table tennis and badminton net.
Activities such as horseback riding in the mountains and water sports (including water rafting in the Minho river)
are available in the area. Paredes de Coura town centre is approx. 6 kms away and offers a good selection of bars,
restaurants and supermarkets, while the local shop is a mere 1,000 metres away from the property.
The old roman town of Ponte de Lima which has an excellent golf course and various restaurants,
is approximately a 15 minute drive away. Viana do Castelo, a lively fishing and
ship-building port, famous for its winding streets and ancient monuments, is also within easy reach.

2 acres of land with various mature trees providing shade. Guests are free to pick available fruit.
Large lawned area surrounds the private swimming pool (9 X 5 metres).
