The fortified border town of Caminha (8 kms away) is
rich in history, with delightful 15th and 16th century
buildings, and has many tourist attractions both
cultural and gastronomical and will guarantee to offer
you splendid evenings discovering the many fine quality
restaurants.
Moledo sandy beach (about 4 kms from Caminha) is very
popular among families during the summer months. Day
trip possibilities from Caminha to Spain are endless and
enticing. A daily ferry-boat links the two banks of the
Minho river. The excellent position of this property
will enable you to visit all the important historical
and cultural centres in the unspoilt Minho region and
many other charming villages.
