Holiday villas
Most of the holiday villas we represent are
privately owned and are therefore furnished and equipped
to the individual tastes of each owner. Some of the
houses are located in traditional villages, some on the
outskirts and others in the country. All properties are
individually inspected and only those selected by us are
featured on the website.
Prices
All prices are per villa and per week. An extra
small charge might be added if an extra bed is requested.
The price of a confirmed rental will be guaranteed
against any increase.
Bookings
Email or telephone us to confirm the availability of
your chosen villa or simply request advice about any of
the properties on the website. You will then be asked to
complete the booking form and pay your deposit, which is
usually 25%. The balance of your rental cost is paid not
less than 8 weeks prior to your holiday.
Security deposits
Most of the villa owners require a refundable security
deposit of 450 Euros. This is to cover any minor
breakages or damage to the villa or its contents during
your stay or additional costs such as extra cleaning.
Arrival and Departure
Most of the villas have a fixed Saturday changeover day.
Your arrival should be between 4pm and 7pm. You will
need to vacate the villa by 10am on the day of departure.
We always try to arrange check-in and check-out times to
suit the flight times but cannot guarantee times outside
the normal.
Cleaning
A cleaning service is included in all properties
represented by us. The service normally includes
bed-linen and bathroom towels on arrival (and a full
change at least once weekly). Additional cleaning is
normally available on request for a small charge. Pool
and beach towels are usually excluded.
Swimming pools
Swimming pools are usually available from 1
April to 15 October. Outside these dates it may be
possible to use the pool however this must be requested
at the time of booking. Pools will not be heated unless
this is stated in the property information.
Electricity, air-conditioning and heating
Normal use of water, gas and electricity is
included. Gas or other fuel for space heating is
normally payable extra on time of booking.
Directions
We provide clear easy to follow directions
giving the precise location of your chosen villa, so you
can take a hire car from the airport should you prefer.
All directions are reviewed at least every 6 months.
Assistance Abroad
We respect your privacy and independence, and will
provide you with local contact numbers should you need
assistance. We would be pleased to give you any
information about interesting places to visit, local
attractions, etc.
